Hamilton is introducing CO-RE ® II technology to the existing automated liquid handling product portfolio.
CO-RE II technology consists of two parts: 1. Consumables: pipette tips 2. Hardware: stop disks The introduction of the CO-RE II technology will be rolled out in two phases: 1. Phase 1: Introduction of CO-RE II tips 2. Phase 2: Introduction of CO-RE II stop disks With this Customer Information , Hamilton is informing customers about the upcoming switch from the current CO-RE to CO-RE II consumables and the availability of CO-RE II tips. The actual introduction of the CO-RE II parts will be announced upon the availability of all necessary Test and Validation Reports through the official change process. BENEFITS OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGY The new CO-RE II tip design, in combination with the new stop disk, will offer numerous benefits.

TIMELINE OF UPCOMING STEPS Pipette Tip Launch
All existing catalog case part numbers for 10 µL, 50 µL, 300 µL, 1000 µL, slim, piercing, and wide bore tips for use with 1000 µL pipetting channels will be revised to CO-RE II in January 2022: There will be a transition phase. Once all current CO-RE tips have been consumed, we will begin delivering only CO-RE II tips. Hardware Launch All Hamilton liquid handling platforms will be produced with CO-RE II 1000 µL pipetting channels and 96 MPH, starting in July 2022. This includes the following products:
